Japan Incubator Communication



It is a very creative and exciting position to develop the brand position as cosmetic brands for several fashion brands newly launching cosmetic categories in the Japanese market. Focusing on e-commerce, it will be a communication job that oversees multiple brands who are thinking of developing new Omni-channel positioning that has never existed before.
We are looking for a talent who is full of entrepreneurial spirit, has a creative idea of wanting to create new value in the world, and have a solid understanding of the business side.

To define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time.

- Build the brand image, develop visibility and increase awareness and aspiration.
- Develop and implement a 360° communication strategy in consistency with the global brand communication strategy and the local business strategy
- Develop and manage digital strategy and manage media to grow ecommerce business and support Ecom team for execution
> Digital communication strategies: incl. live streaming and live commerce-execution, strategy-execution of SNS etc.
- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events, etc
- Manage media relations, including new media relations
- Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand
- Coordinate with the DMI, Zone, Corporate Communication teams
- Manage Public Relations: influencers, artists, spokesperson, ambassadors, media, etc
- Develop the brand image, visibility, and local relevancy
Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy
- Manage internal communication for the Brand
- Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis
- Recruit, develop and manage a team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes
- Manage Brand's A&P PR/Media budget
