人気SNSを運営する同社が日本と韓国を中心に、音楽ストリーミングサービス（DSP）の新ビジネスをスタートします。この新ビジネスに携わって頂く立ち上げメンバーを募集しています。
このビジネスはアメリカやオーストラリア、ニュージーランド、インドネシア、ブラジルのグローバルでは既に成功しており、過去プラットフォーム上で5000名以上のアーティストを発掘する事に成功しました。今後はアジア（主に日本と韓国、上海）でも同様に、同社が手掛ける音楽ストリーミングのプラットフォーム上でアーティスト発掘を行っていきます。 アーティスト発掘やアーティストの支援などに携わりたいというマインドの方歓迎です。

▷主にインフルエンサーマーケティングを担当して頂くポジションです。
インフルエンサーマーケティングの経験（アーティストを通したキャンペーンの立案など）があり、更に日本の音楽業界に知見のある方。邦楽レーベルでA&Rの経験がある方（その他アーティストマネジメント経験者）。プラットフォーム上でのビジネスに精通した方、是非ご応募お待ちしております。

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute influencer campaigns for key artists and songs, as well as music programming tentpoles. Responsible for all the outputs from influencer marketing.
• Develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and build relationships with micro and macro influencers to create content around the concepts via both hands-on operation and agency partnership.
• Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate influencer campaign ROI.
• Build and improve strategies around influencer / agency management. Activate and engage influencers for music promotion. Design incentive plans or develop training programmes to improve influencers' activeness on music promotion platforms.
• Drive, measure & analyze creator performance against key engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with product team to develop product-level solutions to better manage the influencer network, and help improve campaign efficiency.

[応募資格]

• Fluent in Japanese and business level English.
• 5+ years of digital/influencer marketing experience. Experience in digital marketing agencies and MCNs are preferred.
• Deep understanding of the JP music industry
• Capability of translating data into insights and trends and the aptitude to influence new strategies based on these insights.
• Good communication and relationship building skills and project management skills
