[Responsibilities]
Essential Functions:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and distribute those reports to relevant teams
• Participate weekly sales planning process to consolidate sales estimate and narratives for HQ executive review, and facilitate weekly sales forecast meetings
• Participate in sales and operations planning process to provide detailed analysis to validate
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators on the P&L as well as in working capital
• Performing the day-to-day monitoring and analysis for assigned areas
• Research and resolve Business teams' inquiries for assigned areas
• Prepare variance analysis and explanations for divisional and company financial reporting packages
• Support business leaders, Finance Manager and VP Finance to develop forecasts, budgets and strategic planning initiatives by analysis, consolidating info, preparing slides and materials
• Ensure to build up accurate financial planning data and load those to system in a timely and accurately manner
• Other duties/projects as assigned

[Requirement]
Business Knowledge, Skill Requirements, and Desired Attributes:

• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Working knowledge of P&L/working capital
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Customer service oriented and good business acumen
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities/flexibility
• Strong fluency with Excel functions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Education and/or Certifications and/or Training:

• Preferred : The Official Business Skills test in Bookkeeping 2nd grade or any certification of equivalent

Minimum Professional Experiences:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A position
