[仕事内容]
- Manages a sales organization and responsible for sales and operations for a medium/large business segment (i.e. territory, product line, market segment)
- Sets and achieves sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets. Drives sales by planning, controlling, and directing activities of the sales force.
- Builds and maintains outstanding relationships with key customer and business leaders by maintaining regular face-to-face contact with key customer management.
- Develops and manages sales, financial controls, and risk, ensuring operations are executed efficiently and within established budgets.
- Drives utilization of our tools and processes, for example the Sales Process, Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
[応募資格]
- 8 years Sales or Account Management experience
- Relevant industry background in Manufacturing, Automotive or Heavy Industry
- Strong command of MS Office tools with a focus on Excel (pivot tables, graph, slicers)
- Fluent or Native Japanese language and Conversational English abilities
[給与]
1300万円〜1500万円
(能力・経験を考慮し当社規定により決定します。)
[勤務時間]
フレックスタイム制
(1日の標準労働時間7.5時間) コアタイム/11:00-15:00
