Digital Marketing Manager


Position Summary:
Digital Marketing Manager is to maximize the Corporate and Brand values through the formulation and execution of successful digital marketing strategies.

Universal Accountabilities:

  • Manage all elements of digital related activities
  • Development and execution of effective digital marketing strategy
  • Maximize brand equity and brand contribution to the responsible business by continuously evolving/innovating digital marketing strategy.

o Including owned, earned and paid media platforms.
o Website (Brand site), social media, etc

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to build long-term brand loyalty.

o Control the external agencies.
o Be proactive to collaborate with EC team to leverage the UX on website.
o Work proactively with Marketing and Brand managers to support the product launches and sales promotions.

  • Manage and lead social advertising and digital media campaign across categories and brands.
  • Manage owned media daily operations by working closely with agencies. (Digital Account Management)
  • Develop, execute the digital plans and evaluate consumer promotions.
  • Campaign analysis and reporting to relevant teams and global
  • KPI setting and planning development and execution to achieve
  • Maximize the UX and innovate their satisfaction.
  • Develop Direct customer relations to enhance the brand engagement and increase the LTV.
  • Lead and Develop CRM Programs, tools, touchpoints, and KPIs achievement.
  • Develop Loyalty Programs, set the roadmap and roll-out.
  • Prepare investment plans and manage allocated budget while optimizing its spending on priority and maximizing its ROI. (Budget management)


  • シェアトップクラスのメーカーでデジタルマーケティング業務全般を経験できる

  • デジタルマーケティング(ディレクション全般、コンテンツ作成/管理、イベント・プロモーション企画/実行、効果測定/分析、オフィシャルSNSの管理等)全般にわたる実務経験3年以上
  • Beauty, FMCG, ファッション業界でのデジタルマーケティングの経験
  • メーカーのブランドサイト/メディア経験者(エージェンシーサイドの経験のみの場合は不可)
  • Webサイト構築に関する知識(リスティング、SEOなど)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
