Brand Manager



  • The Brand Manger is responsible for a BRAND at a national level, being responsible for the total P&L as the owner of the business.(In this position, body care)
  • Reports to Personal Care Director, and working very close with global brand manager/director and local cross function team (R&D, customer team, supply chain, finance)
  • Leads a multifunctional team to translate Brand Strategy into a National Brand Marketing Plan which provides guidance to the brand and category teams in terms of

a) the brand role in the category and company and
b) the customer story. Thus the role guides the activities of the multifunctional team and customer teams.


  • Experience in managing P&L of brands/categories
  • Experience in working with customers to make brands successful
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective brand marketing plans
  • Experience in consumer facing sectors in Japan
  • Experience in new and emerging Channels, such as E-Commerce
