We are looking for Vendor Program Manager who can think like vendors (restaurants and shops) and develop programs and initiatives for succeeding on delivery platforms as part of an international team of highly talented and motivated people.

[Responsibilities]
Vendor Program Manager will be creating overall vendor program, setting direction, goals and measurable KPIs by working with multiple stakeholders across functions and APAC countries. This role will be expected to plan, execute and constantly analyze to improve drivers and initiatives for vendor learning and development which includes but not limited to;

  • Identify core drivers, constantly analyze and improve the growth journey of our vendors
  • Own a vendor award program. Set guidelines for the monthly/quarterly/annually campaigns, build brand around the award, plan communications and launch and manage.
  • Own a vendor community. Set and implement incentive programs for award winners to boost brand awareness and increase vendor performance and lifetime value.
  • Plan and establish vendor email communications
  • Establish innovative end to end training solutions for our partners to help them grow their business on our platform.
  • Own the vendor learning management tool.
  • Plan and execute webinars and manage content (articles/videos) of restaurant information site

Vendor Program Manager(B2B Marketing) : Vendor(=レストラン)が同社プラットフォーム新たに登録される際に、きちんと稼働されるようにサポートしていく、Vendor Onboardingnのチームに所属します。このポジションは、横のポジションであるVendor Incubation Managerが分析したデータやインサイトをもとに、Vendorに同社サービスを有効的に利用してもらえるよう、キャンペーンの立案、Awardの企画、ニュースレターの作成、Youtube channel (Vendor向けのEducation contents)のローカライズなどを推進いただきます。

[Requirements]

  • Marketing/PR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and process driven with a good eye for detail
  • Have a hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Be able to adapt to a steep learning curve
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant partner development experience.
  • Native level Japanese, fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 3 years in E-Commerce and restaurant experience is a plus
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
  • Understanding and experience with HTML, CMS, Email Automation tool is a plus
