  • You will be a vital Team member to monitor performance indicators of business, identifying causes/trends and drive data-based decision making through creation of insightful reports
  • Support department heads in their analytical needs to help them make data-driven decisions by preparing, analyzing, and presenting data under the format of dashboards & trackers
  • Interpret results of promotions and processes, making valuable suggestions to raise performance of future
  • Work in diverse fields such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Sales and Finance
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis as well as regular reporting to ensure optimization of campaigns and processes
  • Marketing analytics to acquire customers more efficiently: Analyze customer flow and ensure all measures will lead to conversion, marketing campaign effectiveness (customer acquisition, order growth)
  • Operation analytics to improve the logistics efficiency: customer density analysis, delivery area optimization, vendor area optimization, polygon quality
  • Other adhoc reports within Business Intelligence scope


  • Degree in Business, Economics or a quantitative field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience is required
  • Excellent Excel, SQL, Postgre SQL and data visualization experiences
  • Preferably with experience in Tableau and Google Data Studio
  • Programming languages such as R & Python are a plus
  • Background in online marketing analytics is required
  • Experience working with complex data-warehouse infrastructure & large data sets
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and conceptualize actionable solutions with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from different departments
  • Not afraid of challenging the status quo
  • Native level Japanese, Business level English
