Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for selling company's portfolio of comprehensive enterprise solutions. You'll identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts on a quarterly basis, and track customer data. This role is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to improve our business and create solutions that serve both company and our customers. As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will also have access to training and certification programs to help you maintain expert knowledge and proficiency in our offerings as well as industry trends.
・Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline
・3+ years of experience directly supporting an outside sales representative
・3+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience
・3+ years of solutions sales experience in software or high-tech offerings and services
・Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC)
・Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g., hardware, operating systems, storage, middleware, and application servers)
・Industry familiarity of open source principles is a plus
