Supervisor : HR Director

Objectives of the Position
Partner and enabler of local function units in the area of organization and people, to facilitate respective function heads, unit heads and line managers in achieving the business objectives

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

  • Translating business strategies into HR initiatives; drive and manage related implementation within the framework of our policies and guidelines
  • Being HR focal point and consultant for respective cluster head, unit heads and line managers
  • Consulting respective units for Organizational Development
  • Identifying, introducing and reviewing best HR solutions to enhance performance of people and organization
  • Sensing potential labor issues, personnel risks and organizational risks in responsible organization
  • Enabling Talent development/management and Performance management, aligned with business development and strategy, and employee needs
  • Enabling Project management on HR related topics (e.g. restructuring, M&A initiatives, change management, employee engagement, organization effectiveness)
  • Enabling succession planning for key positions
    • Enabling manpower planning aligned to Function strategy
    • Enabling staffing (internal & external) identification and selection of key and critical positions
    • Enabling position evaluation in line with Strata guideline
    • Ensuring recruitment/transfer/promotion/demotion/retirement process in respective area
  • Facilitating cross-unit talent exchange and leverage best practice among other HRBPs
  • Alignment in best HR solution for business critical special areas with key stakeholders


  • Bachelor's Degree

Working Experience

  • 5 ~ 10 years of HR generalist experience (E.g. business partnering)
  • Working experience in a multi-national company

Technical & Professional Knowledge

  • High English proficiency, Japanese native
  • IT literacy (MS Office, SAP HCM knowledge a plus)
