Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC):
- Develop IMC Campaign anchoring on Digital Media and Social Communications while managing traditional media such as Print
- Digital media buying and operation. Deliver the best ROI by setting and assessing clear KPIs by media and campaigns by leveraging DPM/CRM management
- Develop and execute relevant local influencer activations based clear influencer and social media strategy.
- Develop and execute consumer activations based on IMC Campaign objectives.
- Develop locally relevant social/digital/influencer contents while managing global assets
- Working knowledge of the digital media landscape, native content and opportunities to maximize digital media added value.
- Keep monitoring to incorporate new digital technologies and platforms into on-going campaign
- Identify consumer insights in digital field through Social Listening
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Global/Regional team to develop 360 cohesive communications, utilizing all assets by global and mapped across media, social and retailer channels.
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress against strategy reports and to coursecorrect/adapt future strategies, continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
- Drive innovative ways to utilize editorial / social platforms of top market retaile
Skills / Specific Experiences Required:
- Knowledge and experience in media strategy, planning, buying, analytical skills (using measurement tools), metrics and the role media plays in integrated communications
- IMC planning and implementation
- Creativity in developing local relevant execution ideas
- Deep knowledge of total media landscape
- Strong writing and communications skills in Japanese and English
- Strong negotiations skills as both a strategic adviser and direct negotiator
- Experience of Beauty and/or Prestige business preferred

- Background with Cosmetics, Prestige beauty brands, Luxury, Retail or brands which have successfully rebranded themselves and set up strong IMC
