[仕事内容]
Office management
- Reception management: welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Visitor control according to the policy.
- Pantry area management: ensure cleanliness of the pantry, and manage beverages and supplies in the area.
- Provide administrative assistance for Director and Controller
- Vendor contract management
CFA Assistant
- Provide administrative assistance for CFA director and Controller on day-to-day tasks and projects
Purchasing
- Act as a purchaser for the department and office items.
Others
- Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by CFA director/ Controller
[応募資格]
- Languages: Japanese native + intermediate English (oral and written)(英語:海外ビジターの受付・社内メール読解が出来る)
- Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint - intermediate level
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Logical thinker with detail orientation
- Time management skill with cost consciousness
- Leadership with passion for (internal/external) customer satisfaction
- Willing to help attitude
- Flexibility and creativity
- Team worker with respect for others
