“I joined enPower in December 2018. I'm currently part of the Onsite Talent Acquisition Partner team at a global computer software company and was originally part of the enPower Japan Sourcing Center. In total I`ve covered recruitment in healthcare, Retail, IT, and Consulting covering both technical and commercial acquisitions from entry level to executive.
I joined enPower for a few reasons, mainly:
Career and personal growth: To get the full Talent Acquisition experience and to be able to understand various industries and businesses. Coming from an agency setting, I`m very thankful to be able to experience not just Talent Acquisition, but also Planning/Budgeting, and various systems used in different organizations.
Language: To be able to use both English and Japanese to a professional capacity internally and externally with different stakeholders.
People: Joining others who believe in a unified mission, which has been very refreshing and motivational. I really like giving and receiving teach-backs & mini educational sessions, participating in networking events and recruiter roundtables to extend brand reach, network, and pipeline. RPO has given me the chances to do this and I`m very grateful.
People here have a good sense of community and direction. I believe we are able to work well together as a unit and support each others weak points to ensure work gets done and business proceeds smoothly.
