We would like to announce a very much welcome addition to our Data & Analytics team, Arron de Sena, who comes on board as our CRM Administrator.
This is quite a unique hire for us! Although Arron did not have any CRM administrator experience, his background as an excellent agency recruiter and teaching experience turned out to be exactly what we needed for our Data & Analytics team. Although he has just joined, he has already helped improved many of our processes, utilizing his previous agency recruiting experience and mindset to improve our internal systems.
