Executive and Technical Contracting Process
en world’s Executive and Technical Contracting Division introduces temporary, contract and temp to perm positions. Our expert consultants have a wealth of expertise and professional networks in a variety of industries and job functions so are able to help you in your job search quickly and efficiently. Project and Contract positions enable you to take advantage of your previous skills and experience with a different type of challenge.
Step 1: Online Registration
Apply for a suitable position that matches your skills and goals in the Job Search. Our online registration is free and simple to complete. Once you have registered online you are able to apply for any suitable position you find or you may be contacted directly by a Consultant about a position which is not yet advertised.
Step 2: Registration
We are not able to introduce positions to you formally without first meeting with you so we will ask you to come to our office if your background matches current open roles.

Step 3: Counseling
We will begin the Counseling session with an explanation of the Executive and Technical Contracting System. We will discuss your career to date and your desired future role. The session should last no longer than 60 minutes.
Step 4: Position Introduction
If there are suitable open positions, we will discuss them directly at the Counseling Session. If nothing is available on that day we will contact you by phone or email if we hear of a position that matches your requirements.
Step 5: Employment Contract Begins
Once an employment contract is signed, you will begin to work onsite at the client company. During your contract, we will keep in touch with you on a regular basis to ensure your continued success in the role.
